Core engineer · Agent / MCP modules

An enterprise AI assistant for financial advisors and managers, conceived and built from zero to one by a three-person team. I owned stable Claude Agent SDK integration, file handling, async tasks, Skills and core MCP backend modules.

Conversational agents and SkillsImplemented multi-turn conversations, task planning, tool calls and file generation, with .skill uploads, security validation and per-user or per-session enablement.
Business tools and retrievalBuilt an MCP Server exposing CRM customer, lead and product tools across CN, HK and SG. NATIVE and PROXY modes enable configuration-driven tools and dynamic descriptions; CIO report retrieval uses OpenAI vector stores.
Authorization and resilient tasksUsed OAuth 2.1 with DCR, PKCE and token refresh for Claude Desktop / Claude.ai access. Isolated session workspaces, SSE, task snapshots and last_event_id recovery support long-running interactions.
Feedback and iterationUsed agents to analyze conversations for system issues, risks and unmet needs. The team launched in two weeks, establishing a reusable Agent + MCP foundation for further development.

Designed & built independently

Built a CRM for my own business needs under a short delivery timeline. I independently handled requirements, system design, frontend, backend and deployment, taking it from zero to production in two weeks.

Complete business workflowDelivered customer, quote, order, purchasing, inventory, team-permission and sales-analysis modules, alongside leads and opportunities.
AI-assisted quoting and order entryBuilt a Chrome extension using DeepSeek to identify valuable quotes and email them automatically. Added AI order-text parsing to help sales staff enter orders quickly and accurately.
Independent delivery and business resultsShipped with Python / Flask, Flask-SQLAlchemy, Jinja2, SQLite and Gunicorn. Rapid quoting helped secure more than USD 10,000 in orders.

Distributed Tracing Performance

A distributed tracing platform processing roughly six billion records daily faced throughput bottlenecks, stability issues and storage cost pressure. As a core engineer, I owned architecture work and systematic optimization.

Consumer architecture and storageLed consumer-service separation and refactoring to reduce coupling. Designed a dictionary-encoding service to improve storage efficiency for high-volume trace data.
Query, topology and migrationLed development of the trace-query platform and service / endpoint topology services, modernized the Elasticsearch client and migrated Tencent Cloud ES data.
Performance and capacity validationValidated improvements through service load tests and JVM tuning: approximately 10× throughput, 90% less ES storage and 50% lower server cost.

Business context. Hands-on delivery.

From Java backend systems to AI and full-stack products, with a focus on delivery, performance and iteration.

At Noah Wealth and Weimob, I worked across enterprise applications and infrastructure: helping a small team launch an AI assistant, leading customer-benefit platform work and optimizing large-scale tracing. I care about how systems perform after launch.

I use Claude / Codex throughout development and have built 10+ custom Skills and MCP tools for Git / GitLab, ART test handoffs, log investigation and Apollo configuration lookup, refining these workflows through regular usage reviews.

My independent work includes a CRM, web products and a Windows Markdown editor. I work with Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare and AWS Amplify, plus Tolgee localization, Paddle payments, Resend email and Google sign-in.
